Dear OTLS Members,
It is that time of year again, and I am pleased to invite you to join us for the 38th Annual OTLS Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be taking place June 12–13 at the lovely Tuscany Suites & Casino.
NOTE: Hotel reservations must be made by May 10, and registration fee should be received by OTLS no later than May 30, 2026.
The convention will begin with a fun happy hour on Friday, June 12th, with a full convention day on Saturday, June 13th. There’s a “Members Only” on Saturday morning, followed by a general public auction in the evening. Please see the convention schedule for all the details.
To be transparent, I’ve struggled with planning this convention without our Lighter Queen, Judith Sanders. I know that there are other lighter-related events close to this time, but none with the history, stature and comprehensive nature of OTLS.
Beware, Vegas in June is hot—but there’s a cool pool at The Tuscany and plenty of AC. There’s a lot to catch up on this year … and, personally, I also hope we can set down some old grudges and simply relish in our shared interest!
I hope to provide a virtual option for at least one of the following events. We can’t do this alone, and I really hope to see many of you at the convention!

Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Member hrs: 9:30 AM –4:00 PM
Non-Member hrs: 12:15 PM – 4:00 PM
Display take down and room flip: 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM
Dinner & Auction: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Registration Fees:
Only 20 tables are available, so please reserve fast while they last.
$170 Member, includes 1 table, and all activities Friday & Saturday.
$60 Member admittance Saturday 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (no Dinner or Auction), Add $60 for
Dinner & Auction.
Dinner guest $60. Assistant $60 full weekend, $30 Saturday only.
$190 Non-Member, All activities Friday & Saturday, but Saturday admittance 12:15 PM –
4:00 PM including Dinner & Auction.
$90 Non-Member admittance Saturday 12:15 PM – 4:00 PM (no Dinner or Auction), Add
$60 for Dinner & Auction.
Dinner guest $60. Assistant $60 full weekend, $30 Saturday only.
Attire: The convention is a casual event, you can dress up for the Dinner & Auction. Sending shipments into the hotel, Arrival date (June 11, 12, or 13), please address to:

The hotel will charge a handling fee for the incoming shipments:
5-50 lbs $10
51-100 lbs $25
101+ lb $50
Pallets $125 for each move
Extra fees will apply if shipment arrives more than 3 days prior to June 13, 2026, please check with hotel.
