OTLS 2025 Convention Letter

Dear OTLS Members,

Join us for the 37th Annual OTLS Convention in Westlake, Ohio, from June 26–29, 2025. This is the only OTLS lighter convention of the year—plan your trip accordingly!

Convention Details

Schedule

  • Thursday, June 26: Hospitality & Get Acquainted Party in the Bradley Room (4:00–6:00 PM ET) – Registered members & paid guests only.
  • Friday, June 27: Display Room in the Canterbury Dover Room
    • Set up at 8:30 AM (for people with tables) 
    • Open from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
  • Saturday, June 28: Display Room Open in the Canterbury Dover Room (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET); Dinner & Auction in the Bradley Room (6:00 – 9:00 PM ET). OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Guests can come in for free!

Registration Fees

  • Full Registration: $160 (includes table, Saturday dinner/auction, full access).
  • Family Members/Significant Others: $50 (includes dinner/auction).
  • Extra Tables: $50 each (limited availability).
  • Assistants: Friday $60, Saturday $30 (+$35 for dinner/auction).
  • Single-Day Attendees: Friday $30, Saturday Free (+$55 for dinner/auction).

Important Notes

  • If you would like to ship any items ahead of time, Frank Mannarino has graciously offered to receive items:  
  • No airport shuttles—use taxis or Uber.
  • Parking is free for hotel guests.
  • Limited tables available: Register early!
  • Auction donations welcome! Support OTLS!
  • Dress code: Casual, but dress up for Saturday dinner.
